Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer management
Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders
Provide insights on recruitment strategies and talent availability
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized roles
Maintain external talent pipelines through networking Requirements:
6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
Post-secondary education in HR or related fields
Proven consultative skills with senior leaders
Proficiency in candidate assessment and interviewing
