This role is focused on aiding newly recruited WFG advisors as they complete onboarding procedures and begin engaging with Manulife’s platforms.

Your support will streamline their access to resources, ensuring they overcome challenges swiftly and enter the market effectively. Collaborating with various departments, you will enhance communication and resolution strategies to foster productivity during critical production periods. Key Responsibilities:
Guide recent WFG advisors through onboarding tasks
Support completion of contracting requirements




Assist with registration on the Advisor Portal
Identify and encourage activation of contracted advisors
Coordinate resolution for business and portal challenges Requirements:
Post-secondary education required
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Problem-solving and analytical expertise needed
Communication skills in both English and French preferred Drive advisor success at Manulife by enhancing onboarding and addressing challenges effectively.
