This role focuses on developing cutting-edge classes aligned with Swim England's national teaching plan while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to Virgin Active's vision of becoming a Social Wellness Club through effective member engagement and community support. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and deliver poolside activities and swimming lessons
Develop creative classes following Swim England's teaching plan
Ensure a safe, enjoyable setting for members
Provide outstanding customer service with personal attention
Maintain accurate records of attendance and fitness improvements Requirements:
Swim England/ASA Level 2 or STA Level 2 Certificate
Friendly and approachable manner with members
Exceptional communication skills
Experience in customer-facing roles
