Ignite potential at the YMCA as a Wellness Coach, ensuring excellent service in our Fitness Centre. Engage and support members in achieving their fitness goals while creating a welcoming workplace. The YMCA of Northern Alberta seeks a Wellness Coach dedicated to member success.

This role involves supervising activities, maintaining equipment, and proactively engaging with members. You will ensure that our Fitness Centre remains a secure and enjoyable space while being responsible for delivering Y Thrive coaching sessions. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee activities within the Fitness Centre for safety
Proactively engage with members, anticipating their needs
Monitor and address fitness centre etiquette issues
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Conduct fitness orientations and respond to inquiries Requirements:
Experience in a customer service role preferred
Obtain Y Thrive Coaching YMCA certification within 3 months
Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
Able to obtain a Police Information Check
Intermediate First Aid and CPR-C certification required Make a difference at the YMCA, supporting members in their fitness journeys and enhancing community health.
