Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their dining experience
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to uphold food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
Experience
Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Experience in cashiering, serving, or restaurant operations will help you excel in this role
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly valued
Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills to engage guests and promote a welcoming workplace
