Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth flow from food prep to serving customers
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and safety guidelines
Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS systems accurately and efficiently
Train, interview, and onboard recent team members to build a robust, cohesive staff
Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to foster positive dining experiences
Experience
Proven supervising or team management experience in the food service or restaurant industry
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Experience in restaurant management, including overseeing kitchen operations and customer service
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
Knowledge of food handling procedures, hospitality standards, and restaurant operations
Previous roles involving cash handling, serving, bartending, or hotel/hospitality experience are advantageous
