Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food service
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold food safety standards
Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality in all menu items
Oversee cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS systems), and financial accuracy during shifts
Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new team members to build a robust, reliable workforce
Monitor food handling procedures, hygiene practices, and compliance with health regulations
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Skills
Proven experience in food service,



restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervising responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work workplace
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
Experience in interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting performance evaluations
Deep understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
