I & J Travel is looking for a motivated, customer-focused person to help clients plan and book their trips. We’re willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Recommend and book travel options based on clients’ needs and budgets.
Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions.
Assist clients with booking changes and travel issues.
Qualifications
Travel agency experience is an asset, but not required.
GDS experience, especially Amadeus, is an asset.
Solid customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
