In this role at Risk Management Solutions, you will leverage your five years of WSIB/WCB claims management experience while maintaining accurate records and fostering client relationships. With a background in both unionized and non-unionized settings, you’ll consult on rights and responsibilities in line with provincial legislation. Your organizational prowess and independent decision-making skills will be crucial in managing and reviewing claims effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a resource for clients on claims management
• Consult on rights and responsibilities regarding claims




• Manage workplace injury claims and return to work
• Maintain communication with clients and provincial Boards
• Review claim files for potential objections and mitigations

Requirements:
• Active paralegal registered with the Law Society of Ontario
• 5+ years experience in WSIB/WCB claims
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to work independently
• Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
