Key Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous HSE performance improvements with management systems
• Conduct detailed ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations




• Collaborate with teams to design and optimize workstations
• Support managers in their HSE responsibilities and best practices
• Facilitate risk assessments and ensure corrective action implementation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years HSE experience in manufacturing environments
• Specialization in ergonomics (asset)
• Excellent communication and analysis skills
• Bilingual in French and English for client interactions
