As a result of continued growth, we are currently seeking Blaster for Night Shift at our Saskatoon Manufacturing Facility.What You Will Be Responsible For* Prepare surfaces for painting or other types of finishing by performing sandblasting operations* Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are being followed during the sandblasting process* Operate sandblasting equipment and machinery, including adjusting the necessary settings and maintaining equipment* Inspect equipment, materials, and surfaces after and after the sandblasting process to ensure that the job has been completed to the required standard* Keep accurate records of all sandblasting jobs.* Collaborate with other team members, such as painters or supervisors, to ensure that the sandblasting process complements and supports the overall project goals* Communicate effectively with clients or customers,



answering any questions they may have about the sandblasting process and providing recommendations for maintenance or further work What We Look For* Experience in sandblasting techniques and equipment.* Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to sandblasting operations.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.* Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.* Familiarity with different types of abrasive materials and their applications.* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of blasting operations.* Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other workers and supervisors.* Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required by the project.
