Key Responsibilities:
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections using CMMS
• Perform minor repairs like drywall and painting
• Address plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs
• Identify deficiencies and correct within authorized scope
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and deficiencies

Requirements:
• Minimum two years in facility maintenance or trades support
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CMMS is an asset
