About the Role
You will lead business analysis activities across all phases of the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet complex business needs.
What You Will Do
Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit, document, and confirm business requirements, process reengineering, and user interface design
Create user stories and support the development of UX, functional, and technical designs
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies from start to finish
Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, and process mapping
Manage change scope, impact analysis, and stakeholder communication
Support UAT and ensure business requirements are validated before deployment
Align all business analysis activities with established project management methodologies and enterprise architecture standards
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on medium to large-sized projects
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development cycles
Experience with enterprise business architecture concepts
Proficiency with tools including DevOps, MS Visio, and Figma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
