lululemon Athletica is seeking a Manager, Foundational HR Systems to lead a team of Business Analysts and Functional Analysts, delivering Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

You will partner with P&C; CoEs and global stakeholders to define platform standards, drive roadmaps, improve data integrity, and enhance the employee experience. This in-person role requires 4 days onsite weekly in Canada, with a focus on leadership and strategic HR technology delivery.
