Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage litigation files from start to finish
• Provide assessments to claims partners on liability issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal opinions
• Conduct Examinations for Discovery with confidence
• Attend court and case conferences, ensuring strong representation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
• Minimum five years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in trials and arbitrations is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Accident Benefits and Bodily Injury Insurance
• Good standing member with the Law Society of Ontario
