In this full-time, Canada remote role, you’ll be integral to our AI and Modern Workplace team. You will facilitate engaging workshops, lead training sessions, and translate Microsoft capabilities into actionable insights for businesses. Your expertise will guide clients through Copilot adoption and digital transformation, ensuring effective change management and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops and end-user training for executives
• Lead discovery and scenario-based use-cases for Copilot adoption
• Translate technical capabilities into practical business scenarios




• Provide comprehensive change management and support
• Define success measures and refine approaches based on feedback

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in change management or digital transformation
• Comfortable leading workshops and training sessions
• Solid skills in communication and client relationship management
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and 365 tools
