Your role encompasses overseeing daily functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, and upholding regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store functions and shift delegation
• Drive efficiency in eCommerce fulfillment and order execution
• Manage the full inventory lifecycle and execution of FIFO




• Enforce Colorado MED regulations and Vireo Health standards
• Lead team training on compliance and inventory procedures

Requirements:
• 3+ years in retail operations or inventory management
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Knowledge of METRC and compliance protocols
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Eligible for a Colorado MED badge
