OverviewWe 're looking for a Material & Logistics Planner to plan, release and track the delivery of materials and parts needed for production; all to meet production schedules and keep inventories to a minimum using just-in-time principles. You 'll be at the heart of the action, working closely with suppliers and internal customers such as material handling, transportation, procurement, engineering and quality assurance teams.ResponsibilitiesPlan and follow up on parts deliveryInteract with suppliers and carriers to find creative solutions and avoid production shutdownsAnalyze the best strategies to meet just-in-time objectivesManage commercial relationships with suppliers and negotiate with the best interests of BRP in mindIdentify and coordinate areas of improvement in line with team objectivesEstablish recovery plans with suppliers and meet with them if necessaryQualificationsBachelor 's degree in administration, operations management or any other related field, or DEC (college diploma)
