We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Cash & Chef to join our vibrant team at Lokma Desserts. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing the cash register operations while also preparing and serving delicious desserts that delight our customers. Responsibilities
Operate the cash register accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and process payments securely
Prepare a variety of desserts with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Serve customers promptly with a friendly and qualified demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist in food preparation tasks, including ingredient measurement, mixing, and plating of desserts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas in compliance with food safety standards
Supervise team members during shifts,



providing guidance on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures
Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous operation

Qualifications
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in dessert or pastry preparation
Familiarity with restaurant management operations including cash handling, POS systems, and customer service protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
