Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit
Assist with food and beverage preparation, including meal assembly and barista duties if applicable
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order taking and cash handling
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed
Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at the end of shifts
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to uphold hygiene and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences during busy hours
Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or barista work is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures is desirable
Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial in understanding guest needs and expectations
