Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly

Requirements
Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
Strong knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods with solid time management skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry
Basic math skills for accurate order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling
Experience with food preparation, serving, and food industry standards is a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong communication skills focused on guest services and teamwork
