Administer all property management policies and procedures
Oversee full leasing processes and provide staff training
Inspect vacant suites and ensure they are Rent Ready
Conduct personal tours showcasing property features
Manage rental applications, income verification, and credit checks Requirements:
High School Graduate; post-secondary education or experience required
Knowledge of the Resident Tenancies Act
5th Class Operator’s License required
Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi experience is an asset
