Experience designing, building, deploying and supporting systems, data management, analytics technologies in an Engineering and Scientific setting. Mineral Processing Hydrometallurgical Process Carbonyl Process Pyrometallurgical Process Mining Technical Research u0026 Innovation (strategy, processes, and governance Strong understanding of engineering in heavy industries like mining u0026 metals, oil u0026 gas, chemicals etc. Proven interest in technology, digital solutions, data, analytics, AI and how these technologies enable value creation Experience contributing to multiyear technology roadmaps.

Exposure to budget control, portfolio prioritization, and value realization tracking. Familiarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement concepts. Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Proven ability to build relationships and influence at leadership level. English required; Portuguese is an asset.
