In this position, you will oversee the maintenance operations within residential buildings owned by Mainstreet Equity Corporation. Your general handyman skills will involve plumbing, HVAC inspection, and carpentry, and you'll also manage responses to tenant requests effectively. Being part of an on-call rotation is essential for addressing after-hours emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
Inspect and maintain heating and cooling systems
Carry out carpentry and drywall repair tasks
Respond to on-call maintenance after hours
Ensure timely follow-up on tenant repair requests
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years handyman experience needed
Experience with carpentry, drywall, and plumbing required
Must possess a valid driver's license
Willingness to work on-call shifts
Completion of security clearance is mandatory
