Create Applications for Payment and respond to client inquiries
Analyze cost trends and identify variances for projects




Develop and implement effective cost control procedures
Prepare and present detailed cost reports and dashboards
Assist with contract administration and subcontractor payments Requirements:
7+ years of experience in construction project controls
Knowledge of financial reporting systems and account codes
Degree in Engineering or a related field
