Fraser Health is seeking a Casual Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Rehab team at Delta Hospital in Delta, BC. The role reports to the interprofessional care team and works with PT/OT under established care plans to support patient progress.
Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, activities of daily living, and carrying out treatment components; you will observe changes, communicate with the team, and participate in plan modifications as needed.
