Fraser Health Authority offers the Recent Graduate component of the Practice Transition Program for LPN graduates, with opportunities for regular and relief part-time and full-time positions and an initial commitment of 6 months.
Under supervision, the LPN provides nursing care within the full scope of practice per BCCNM, conducts assessments, plans, implements and evaluates care, and works within a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families in Fraser Health facilities.
