Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care supporting resident dignity
• Complete nursing assessments and adjust care plans accordingly
• Communicate changes in resident status to families and team




• Maintain accurate documentation as per CNO standards
• Implement medication orders and ensure patient safety

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Knowledge of interRAI processes preferred
• Commitment to person-centered care and safety
