You will work directly with clients at Madison Treatment Centre providing empathy and collaboration in a team-focused environment.

Your role will include client assessment, goal-setting with the counseling team, and skill enhancement through role modeling and structured sessions. Key Responsibilities:
Screen and assess clients for treatment suitability
Implement ongoing goal-setting in collaboration with clients
Regularly assess and track client progress




Enhance client skills via role modeling and instruction
Deliver structured counseling to individuals and groups Requirements:
Lived experience in addiction recovery and 12-Step involvement
Minimum three years of continuous sobriety preferred
Robust communication skills, both oral and written
Degree or diploma in social sciences or health disciplines
