We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our agile team in Toronto, Ontario. This permanent, full time role is ideal for recent graduates or those with internship experience in quality assurance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project specifications and provide feedback.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by recent changes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous internship experience in quality assurance or software testing.
Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
