Your success will rely on managing distributor relationships and providing technical support across various construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business plan for civil construction
Assist in qualifying Tensar systems by implementing bid strategies




Create specifications in collaboration with municipal engineers
Manage distributor relationships and provide in office assistance
Generate monthly projects and sales forecasts for the Area Director Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience
5+ years of sales experience, preferably with engineers
Bilingual in English and French
Ability to travel regionally 25% to 50%
