You will guide operations, support performance management, and foster positive relationships with kettle sites. Your responsibilities include securing donations and ensuring adequate supplies at kettle locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and coordinate Kettle Campaign Worker activities
• Oversee scheduling and operation of kettle staff
• Manage performance and orientation of kettle workers
• Facilitate delivery and pick-up of kettle donations
• Host at kettle locations ensuring coverage

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of community-based experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
• Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills
