This role, reporting to the Credit Supervisor, focuses on collections within a Business-to-Business environment. You will manage accounts receivable, perform account reconciliations, and resolve disputes, ensuring timely payments. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for effective customer interactions and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status
• Review aging reports to prioritize collection activities
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies through collaboration
• Escalate delinquent accounts for further action
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections
• Robust time management for a large portfolio
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Bilingual French is a plus
