Corby Spirit and Wine Limited is seeking a Reliability Specialist to champion maintenance programs and drive reliability improvements across the site. You will lead RCFA, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives while supervising capital projects and ensuring safety and compliance.
The role reports to the Director of Engineering and supports Predictive Maintenance, KPI development, and data-driven decision making with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting.
