William Osler Health System is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (ACE unit) to deliver high-quality dementia-focused care in the Acute Care for the Elderly unit. You will work within the Butterfly model, applying emotion-based care principles and leading colleagues in person-centered strategies.
The role requires geriatric expertise, two years in acute medicine within the last five years, and a commitment to patient safety and family education.
