Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
Experience supporting end-to-end permit lifecycle management, including application intake, review and approval workflows, permit issuance, amendments, renewals, inspections, compliance monitoring, and document generation.
Experience delivering CRM, Customer Service, or Case Management solutions.
Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams.
Proven experience in Technical Lead or Senior Developer roles.
Experience delivering solutions in public sector or large enterprise settings.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
