Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling using electronic medical records systems, ensuring optimal patient flow.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls to appropriate staff members and handling inquiries professionally.
Collect and update patient information, insurance details, and medical histories accurately in electronic medical records.

Handle administrative duties including filing,



billing support, and maintaining organized office records.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information.

Skills
Proficiency with electronic health record systems such as OSCAR
Solid knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and staff.
Experience working as receptionist in healthcare settings
Prior experience in a medical office setting demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor.
Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures to support seamless front desk operations.
