We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists in delivering exceptional patient care. This position requires a solid understanding of medical terminology and medication administration, as well as the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and patient prescriptions
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Support the medication administration process under the supervision of licensed pharmacists
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing pharmacy supplies
Qualifications
Previous experience in Kroll
Can communicate in English and Arabic
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
