We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support within a busy medical practice, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient service. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing queries appropriately
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Support medical staff with preparing examination rooms and managing supplies
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations




Assist in billing processes and processing payments as required

Requirements
Previous medical office experience is highly desirable
used OSCARPRO and OCEAN
Administrative experience within a healthcare setting is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel)
A professional attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.90-$20.00 per hour
