In this position, you will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, supporting residents with their physical and emotional needs. Key Responsibilities
Support residents with physical disabilities
Organize group activities alongside other staff
Prepare meals as per individual care plans
Continuously assess the needs of residents
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility

Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 required
Personal Care Worker qualification is preferred
First Aid, CPR, and Protected Food Handling certification required
Prior experience in home care or childcare preferred
Valid Driver's License is an asset
