Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs to promote healthy eating habits
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning client spaces to maintain a safe and hygienic setting




Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety for clients with limited movement
Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members

Skills
Proven experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments
Strong background in senior care and experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and caregiving best practices
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Compassionate attitude combined with patience and respect for diverse needs
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client requirements while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
