STUDIO GLDN is a boutique spray tan and wellness studio built around personalized treatments, refined results, and thoughtful client care. Every detail—from the consultation to the presentation of our space—contributes to the experience we create.

We’re seeking Spray Tan Artists and Medical Estheticians who take pride in their craft, bring initiative to their work, and hold themselves to a high professional standard. Responsibilities will reflect your specialty, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

About the Role

You’ll deliver tailored treatments, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the daily care and growth of the studio. A strong candidate understands how to combine technical precision with warm, confident service, making every client feel comfortable and well informed.

Responsibilities

Spray Tan Artists

- Conduct personalized consultations to understand the client’s desired result, skin tone, occasion, and previous tanning experience.
- Perform customized spray tans with precise application, blending, and finishing.
- Guide clients through shade selection, preparation, rinse timing, and aftercare.
- Maintain detailed client preferences to deliver consistent results at future appointments.

Medical Estheticians

- Perform services such as lymphatic drainage massage, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser hair removal within your qualifications and studio protocols.
- Complete thorough consultations, review intake forms, and identify contraindications before treatment.
- Explain treatment suitability, realistic expectations, preparation, and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, including products used, device settings where applicable, and client responses.




- Recommend appropriate treatment plans and home care based on each client’s goals.

All Team Members

- Maintain exceptional standards of sanitation, organization, and treatment room presentation.
- Manage appointment timing while preserving the quality of each service.
- Recommend relevant retail products, services, and rebooking options with confidence and care.
- Assist with bookings, checkout, inventory, and opening and closing duties.
- Participate in studio content creation, including service demonstrations, educational videos, and team photography.
- Follow studio policies, communicate professionally, and apply feedback consistently.

Qualifications

Spray Tan Artists: Relevant spray tan certification or beauty industry training preferred. Previous spray tanning or client-facing beauty experience is an asset.

Medical Estheticians: A diploma in medical aesthetics or a related aesthetics program, with documented training in the treatments you will perform. Practical experience with advanced skin treatments and laser hair removal is preferred.

For both specialties: Strong communication and organizational skills, comfort supporting studio marketing, and availability for some evenings and weekends.
