McKesson is seeking a compassionate Part time Nurse Case Manager to support patients, healthcare providers, and clinic partners through a specialized Patient Support Program. This remote role requires approximately 2.5 days per week with hours 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

You will educate patients, coordinate care, and assist with enrollment, navigate access and reimbursement, and document activities across systems. Travel to clinics in Alberta/BC is expected.
