Your role focuses on project delivery and global strategy development. As the Manager of Mental Health, you will oversee the execution of Movember's mental health initiatives across Canada while also acting as the Global Lead for the Global Youth Advisory Network. This unique dual responsibility allows you to drive meaningful change in mental health support for young men while ensuring the successful implementation of various programs.

Manage partnerships and strategic alliances with stakeholders
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
Represent Movember in global youth advisory activities
Mentor and support your growing team Requirements:
Minimum four years of program implementation experience
Relevant tertiary qualification in public health or social sciences
Proven ability to lead with minimal direct authority
Robust understanding of men’s mental health sector
