In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers, process orders, and offer expert advice on equipment use. Your ability to multitask, generate leads for new business, and provide exceptional service will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
Establish new accounts with walk-in and call-in customers
Educate customers on proper equipment use
Assist with loading and unloading equipment
Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Knowledge of trench safety products is preferred
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
