Head Coach – Junior Varsity Girls Lacrosse

2026-27 Schedule

Oxford Athletics is seeking a Head Coach for Junior Varsity Girls Lacrosse. The season begins annually on the corresponding second Monday of March.

Qualifications are as follows
Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate students.
Knowledge of sport and commitment to sport.
Ability to give time appropriate in quality and quantity to maintain a successful program.
Must display a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling of games and practices.
Conducting team meetings.
Communicating with student-athletes and families.
Monitoring eligibility.
Compliance with all MHSAA, OAA, and Oxford Schools Rules & Regulations.
Supervision during transportation to and from sporting events.
Corresponding with the OHS Athletic Office on a regular basis.
Creating and implementing an off-season training plan.
