As a Cook I reporting to the Site Administrator, you will prepare, cook, and bake numerous menu items, as well as therapeutic dishes as needed. Your role ensures compliance with dietary plans and operational standards while supporting the care team’s mission to deliver exceptional service. You will also manage food handling and maintain supply levels for catering functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook diverse dietary menu items
• Adhere to safety and preparation standards diligently
• Report equipment and hospitality deficiencies




• Ensure supplies are available for catering functions
• Collaborate effectively with the care team

Requirements:
• Level Two Food Protected certification required
• Red Seal or Journeyman Cook certification preferred
• 3-5 years of institutional cooking experience preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Proof of Vaccination is required
