Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of Housing Coordinators
• Manage relationships with host families and accommodation partners
• Oversee the entire student accommodation experience




• Resolve housing conflicts and sensitive issues with professionalism
• Drive housing administration and optimize occupancy levels

Requirements:
• Proven leadership in student life or hospitality
• Team management and coaching experience required
• Strong organizational and operational skills needed
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
