You will report directly to the Vice President of Finance & Operations, supervise a team of three, and guarantee timely financial reporting while strengthening internal controls. The role also focuses on refining processes and supporting ongoing ERP implementations for improved efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations




Manage the external audit process and auditor communications
Supervise and develop a small finance team
Support grant and restricted fund accounting for compliance Requirements:
CPA designation is mandatory
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Robust background in audit and internal controls
Proven leadership and team development experience
