Advance your career as an Information Management Technician with the Library of Parliament, offering technical support in a hybrid work model. In this role, you'll be responsible for the configuration of Information Management Modules within the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).

As a crucial member of the Information Management team, you will provide extensive support to Library staff and managers. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing training sessions and optimizing technical solutions for electronic document management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Records Management module within EDRMS
Conduct IM lifecycle management activities for electronic resources




Develop and deliver technical training and supporting documentation
Perform tests on product upgrades and document results
Provide technical support to end users Requirements:
Post-secondary education in relevant fields
Minimum three years of experience with electronic document management systems
Experience in system testing and user acceptance testing
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
Security clearance required Utilize your technical skills to help enhance information management at the Library of Parliament.
